Terms of Operation

Last Updated: July 6, 2026

01 Operational License

By accessing Pilot AI, downloading generated spreadsheet documents, executing code matrices, or utilizing any of our 3000+ programmatic SEO tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Operation. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to operate the Pilot AI command suite strictly for professional, creative, or enterprise purposes.

02 Cognitive Usage Rules & API Dispatch

You agree to use Pilot AI's computing pipelines responsibly. You are strictly forbidden from attempting to reverse-engineer our local memory swap engine, overload the system endpoints, deploy scraping web-vessels to inject toxic code into our compiler, or cause infinite token loops.

Any attempt to bypass rate-limits, execute parallel asynchronous brute force calls, or intercept cryptographic handshakes will result in instantaneous IP ban and termination of workspace licenses.

03 Ownership of Sandboxed Code Assets

Any code assets, spreadsheet layouts, copywriting copies, PDF materials, and vector elements generated through the Pilot AI interface belong entirely to you, the Operator.

However, the underlying structural elements, compiled CSS, Javascript libraries, and the modular layout rendering engine remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pilot AI.

04 Service Level Agreement & Liability Disclaimers

Pilot AI is provided "as is" and "as available". Although we make every effort to guarantee 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the multi-engine routing is free from transient API outages, parsing delays, or formatting slips on heavy documents.
